Lost wealth can mean Lost Hope: The Christopher Foster Case

In Great Britain: a man was wealthy and he had a huge mansion and he lived with his family in the mansion. One day the mansion is on fire and the whole mansion burns up in a huge fire. The police wonders as to what has happened since it seemed like arson for sure. They found the truth on the video security camera. The person who set the mansion on fire was the wealthy mansion owner. This is what has happened: the next day after the fire the wealthy man had to pay a lot of money to the bank and he would have lost his mansion and all of his wealth. Instead of telling his family that now they were no longer wealthy and to live modestly because he didn't want them to complain to him day and night about that I guess, he burned the mansion down.

Not only did he burn the mansion down but before doing that he shot his family and all the animals on his estate. Then he soaked everything in oil or gasoline and burned it down in a huge fire. He was going to shoot himself but the smoke inhalation got to him before that happened and that is how he died next to his dead wife.

He collected guns and it was one of his own guns that he killed his wife and teenage daughter (who had expensive hobbies like horses). That is very ironic that one loves guns and then one's own gun is used to end the lives of one's own family and self. He didn't seem crazy at all and he was a normal man like everyone else but he always had a fascination with fires (and firearms).

He was a man who dealt in the oil business so to use oil or gasoline to burn everything down is sort of something that he saw all of his life - the use of oil - the burning of oil - and he ended it all with burning oil on his own mansion and estate and his family, after shooting them, and all of his animals and then the smoke got to him. How sad but I understand his sad philosophy because who wants to be nagged by the family about being poor again? Nothing could be worse!! I understand that he hated nagging to death!!

The Christopher Foster Case

The Murder of Sandra Martin in Texas

On Sept. 22 1986 Sandra Martin of Fort Worth Texas and her little son and daughter were home with her. Her son was about 5 and the daughter maybe 2. The family was trying to sell their home and a man who said he was a prospective buyer entered the home. The children were watching TV in the living room.

According to what the little boy told police, he measured every room and went from room to room. Then they entered the bed room and the door closed and a little while later he came out and said to the children "your mother will be right out, she is washing up."

That same day Sandra Martin was found bound with duct tape in her bedroom by her husband and there was a pillow with a bullet hole at the end of the bed. Her body was twisted on the bed bound around the legs with duct tape. Her underwear was pulled down and duct tape was on both legs. He shot Sandra Martin during a sexual assault. There was DNA evidence discovered but back then DNA was not available to use in 1985 so it was saved.

The little boy identified the man that came to the house as having a white suit on and not being that tall and having a mustache.

The police were not able to find the killer of Sandra Martin but about 25 years later the miracle happened. A police detective who was about to retire checked the duct tape again and on top of the duct tape there were no fingerprints. Then he had an idea to take the long pieces of duct tape and to separate them from each other to see if there was duct tape underneath the tape. He did not know how to do that and then he had the idea of freezing the tape and then he was able to separate all layers of duct tape.

Then he checked the duct tape and found several usable fingerprints and they were put into the computer for a fingerprint check all over the United States. They got a hit on a Jay Thayer Williams, a Real Estate agent that lived not far from Sandra Martin. They arrested Mr. Thayer, 66,  and then checked the DNA and that evidence did not match conclusively yet but they still have to do more tests. The police had Mr. Thayer's fingerprints on file because of a traffic violation by Thayer in Las Vegas in 1981. The fingerprints is what identified Mr. Thayer as the killer and which put him into prison for life for murdering Sandra Martin.

The police now, almost 25 years later, had the murderer of Sandra Martin in custody and it was Jay Thayer Williams. Mr. Thayer has pleaded not guilty but he was convicted of Sandra Martin's murder and his sentence was life in prison.

Later, as the two children had grown up they were happy that their mother's murderer had been found. The boy who was now a man could not understand how someone could do what Thayer did to anyone. He was the one who saw Thayer and remembered how he looked like, etc. The girl was only vaguely remembering something that someone came to the home, which is amazing since she was only 2 years of age in 1986.

Massacres in this world: Not sad enough?

Comparison of the Aurora / Columbine in Colorado shooting; the Virginia Tech shooting and the Connecticut shooting:
1) In Colorado many teenagers and their teachers died. That wasn't bad enough to enforce gun control. Was it because the death of teens and their teachers is not bad or not bad enough to enforce gun control? To me it was very sad and very bad.
2) Next, the shooting at a university in Virginia called Virginia Tech: This shooting killed many college students and their teachers. This isn't bad enough either to enforce gun control because it wasn't enforced.
3) The shooting where congresswoman Gaby Gifford was injured badly and many were killed including one child - no not bad enough to enforce gun control. Not sad enough?
4) The shooting at the movie theater this year in 2012 where children and adults died together in a movie theater massacre. No, not sad enough to enforce gun control. People cried a while posted sad notes about angels, etc. and then it was forgotten until it happened again.
5) Now we have little children getting gunned down in a massacre at an Elementary School in CT and the gun supporters are crying out that they need to keep their guns. Yes it wasn't sad enough for them what happened. Again, postings of angels and things and so much weeping and what will be done now? If they care what will they do I want to know so bad. Is little children getting massacred bad enough to get gun control. Are the wealthy gun owners and gun producers going to win again. I don't want to know what God will do to them on Judgement Day and am sure it will be pretty severe. So many dead children massacred and a country is  not giving up its guns? How does that make sense? Don't the dead bodies of precious children mean anything to the smart people of this country? Was this just a sacrifice that a country will have to take for owning guns or what is this. Where are all the Christians in this country and they don't care? If they cared then why is there no gun control yet?
So many dead children and you will weep a few days and forget about it? How can you do that? All the dead from all the massacres matter and especially the children!!

I wrote this in honor of all the victims of all the massacres that ever happened in this ugly world.
On the news (Jan. 17, 2013) it says that President Obama is against putting armed guards into schools. Then it says "are the President's children worth more than yours?" This is a good question. So now they have to put armed guards into school because everybody's children are worth the same!!

An innocent Man on Death Row

How horrible it must be for an innocent man to be on death row. This is the true story about Ray Kron (30) and how he was condemned to death row because a jury found him guilty of the brutal rape and murder of a distant friend, bartender Kim Ancona (36) in December 1991 in a Phoenix, AZ lounge called The CBS Lounge.

The only strong evidence that the prosecution had in this case was the tooth imprints on the breast of Kim Ancona and somehow this tooth imprint wound up to be the main evidence used in this case. In the end, with much private efforts of one of Ray's relatives to help him to get out of prison / death row, which included a huge amount of money, it took another trial and another time being condemned to death row before finally the other evidence in this case was considered because the DNA of the blood drops found convicted the real murderer, Kenneth Phillips.

Mr. Phillips, a native American, told the police that he noticed that Ms Ancona had been laughing at him with a group of her friends and denied him getting any more drinks. He decided to come back later and to assault Ms Ancona to get back at her for her behavior towards him.

Mr. Krone had been convicted in 1992 on expert testimony about the tooth imprints on Ms Ancona's body. So for 10 years Mr. Krone sat on death row knowing that he was innocent and he had to fight off dangerous and violent offenders who attacked him on many occasions when he walked through the hallways of the prison and he was blessed to survive these attacks.

After Ray Krone had been convicted for the second time and the additional evidence did not set him free he went to death row again and this time it was evident that an innocent man was on death row. How horrible that must have felt and what human spiritual strength it must have taken for him to make it through these very difficult times on a virtual "hell on earth."

What set Ray Krone free was the caring relatives that invested so much money, time and energy to help him to get out of death row by finding the evidence to find the real murderer. As soon as the blood evidence found on Ms Ancona's clothing was entered into the police computer, the offender Mr. Phillips, who had been incarcerated for assaulting a 10 year old child, was found. In the end it was the blood DNA evidence that set him free.

With the money that Mr. Krone got from Arizona state for having to had spend 10 years on death row, he innnocently, he paid off his relative who worked so hard and spent all his money to set him free. What a wonderful story of courage and caring this is!! I hope and pray that all people on death row who are there innocently can be freed like Ray Krone was.

It took a horrible murder of a young woman, Kim Ancona, to reveal that the justice system convicts people innocently to death row for 10 years and I pray for Kim Ancona's family too because her murder was very brutal and so senseless.

It seems that there was only one winner in this tragic story and the losers were Ms Ancona for having said the wrong thing at the wrong time and she didn't earn to be murdered for that . Then there is Mr. Kenneth Phillips who grew up not being able to handle criticism and I guess bullying and he only knew violence to fight back and end a life. The winner was Mr. Krone because after 10 years in "hell on earth" he overcame that huge obstacle to be free again and it must be like a second birth for him.

Congratulations Mr. Ray Krone!!

A true story about Rape

A young woman from the Tennessee area went shopping in the mall and saw her boyfriend with another girl hugging and kissing, etc. and she told the girl he was with "you better be careful because he was my boyfriend before he found you." Her now ex-boyfriend got so mad that she said that to her that he slapped her hard across the face right in the mall. She scratched him trying to defend herself ev
en though she was hurt and shocked at the same time.

The guy had to go to a juvenile center for a time and the girl got assaulted again in different ways. The family of the guy gave back all the gifts that they had ever gotten from her and put it in front of her door. They were setting fires in her front yard and did other very mean things to her for a long time.

Then many years later it was revealed that this same guy who I was talking about here had become a serial rapist who raped dozens of women in the Tennessee area near Nashville. He would go out at night with a mask on and assault women of all ages.

So now I wonder what his family is saying? I bet they still support him and think their son is not guilty of anything. This young man who is so super polite has a short fuse that his family don't know about? How can someone be so polite and yet so vicious as to become a rapist? Even if his family supports him, the DNA that was found convicted him of all the rapes.

I am not saying that the young girl was right in saying what she did to the guy right there in the mall but young people do things that aren't always thought out but I know what she said in that mall could not have made him so angry that he then went out to rape all these women. Whatever it was that drove him to become a rapist was a long series of events I am sure. We need to pray for young people!!
